Although Cobalt Blue Diamond Catering & Events is a(n) Asian-fusion like catering business, our kitchen is able to prepare most other entrees and food items you may desire. If your party has a theme or you prefer other items than listed below, please discuss this with your catering sales manager and we will accommodate you to our best capabilities. These items will be prepared with the same care and fresh ingredients that we demand in all of our preparations.
