DJ Loggins has been in the food & beverage service industry for nearly 30 years. He has built a rich history beginning in the 1970's working with a national chain of restaurants and then moving into the hotel arena filling positions such as Assistant F&B Director. Mr. Loggins has excellent interpersonal communications skills and rapport with personnel, clientele, and vendors. He has maintained a proven track record in all areas of sales, product development and networking. In brief, DJ has extensive experience in event management, banquet set up, food display and preparation to menu development, party coordination and follow-up. We are honored and proud to have him on our team as Director of Hospitality/Executive Sous Chef.
